Dr Richard Evans is Principal Hydrogeologist with Jacobs and has had 35 years experience in groundwater and geotechnical engineering projects. He has had extensive experience in groundwater investigations, focussing on dewatering requirements, environmental impact assessment, management and design of groundwater processes associated with tunnels. He has undertaken groundwater investigations and contributed to tunnel design for many road, rail, mine and water tunnels in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Auckland. These range in diameter from 3m up to 20m.
